eTwinning Monitoring Survey 2022

Whether you are working in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) or in Initial Vocational Education and Training (IVET), whether you have been involved in eTwinning since the very beginning or are just getting started, we would like your opinion!

First, we would like to clarify the two areas addressed in the current monitoring survey:

Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC)
Early Childhood Education and Care refers to any regulated arrangement that provides education and care for children from birth to compulsory primary school age, which may vary across the EU. It includes centre and family-day care, privately and publicly funded provision, pre-school and pre-primary provision. (European Commission, 2018).

Initial Vocational Education and Training (IVET)
Initial Vocational Education and Training is usually carried out at upper-secondary and post-secondary level before students begin working life. It takes place either in a school-based environment (mainly in the classroom) or in a work-based setting, such as training centres and companies. However, this varies from country to country, depending on national education and training systems and economic structures (European Commission, n.d.).

In order to gain valuable insights on eTwinning concerning such things as the relevance of its activities in meeting your needs, the effects it has on your classroom practice, and the relevance of the professional development opportunities to your work, we would very much appreciate it if you could take some time to participate in our eTwinning monitoring survey.

To ensure your privacy, please note that all replies are confidential and used for internal analysis only. After you complete the survey, you have a choice to enter the draw for a prize of an eTwinning “goodie”. The names will be drawn at the closure of the survey period and the lucky people will receive a prize. If you wish to enter the draw, you can fill in the space on the last page of the survey indicating your email address.

This survey is made up of closed questions and multiple-choice questions. It will take you about 20 minutes to complete. We are confident that you will find this time well invested as the questionnaire has been designed to serve as a useful tool to help you reflect on your own professional practice.

You will be kept informed about the results of this questionnaire in due course.

Many thanks in advance for your valued participation!

You can access the Survey here. The survey is open until 15/12/2021.
