Why Register? |
 |
The eTwinning Portal is composed of two main sections: A public section and a restricted section. |
 |
- The public section gives you information about eTwinning, project ideas and examples, news, models, guidelines and much more.
- The restricted section, the eTwinning Desktop, contains all the tools necessary for you to find partners, register projects and exchange messages and information. For a complete overview of the features of the eTwinning Desktop, have a look at the Guidelines.
Once registered, you can access the eTwinning Desktop and are part of the eTwinning schools database where schools can contact you and you can contact them. The eTwinning Desktop is also where you register your project(s) and use the TwinSpace (the collaborative space dedicated to eTwinners).
All school registrations are immediately checked by the eTwinning National Support Services. This is to ensure that only real schools are part of eTwinning and to prevent spamming and misuse of data you submit when registering. In other words, eTwinning is a safe environment.
Your eTwinning adventure begins when you register. It is then up to you, at your own pace, to decide how to make the most out of all the potential the eTwinning programme has to offer.
Good luck!
