The Central Support Service (CSS)
The Central Support Service has set up a helpdesk to deal with any enquiry or difficulty schools may have in relation to eTwinning.

The role of the helpdesk is to coordinate eTwinning activities and to motivate players from all European countries to participate in the eTwinning action.

The main tasks are:

  • To answer questions from schools about the eTwinning action, how to use the CSS helpdesk and how to set up an eTwinning project.
  • To help schools by providing guidelines, tips, ideas and scenarios for eTwinning activities.
  • To provide an FAQ that reflects common problems encountered by teachers.
  • To identify examples of successful projects to inspire to collaboration across borders.
  • To update schools on news from all of Europe through the monthly issue of the eTwinning newsletter.

The pedagogical advisors:

The helpdesk consists of teachers who have extensive experience in European school cooperation. Click on the names to get specific information on the expertise of each advisor and take direct contact.
