The workshop opened with a speech by Mr Magyar Bálint, Minister for Education in Hungary and Sipos János, Deputy Minister for Education.
The workshop took place in Budapest and was organised jointly by the Central Support Service and Sulinet, the Hungarian National Support Service. The format of the workshop was to combine a series of presentations on various aspects of the eTwinning process and action, together with a series of practical workshops to engage the participants in practical aspects of the tools and processes involved in forming an eTwinning partnership.
The workshop was carried out by a team of three from the Central Support Service; Anne Gilleran, Brigitte Parry and Santi Scimeca, in conjunction with Martha Hunya, member of the eTwinning Pedagogical Advisory Group (PAG), and experts invited by the Hungarian National Support Service.
