Project details

Channel of Corinth, Canal du Midi : pictures, link between two sea, link between to lands, crossing over the channel, crossing from one bank to another, communication for people around these channels, technical carcteristics, boats and bridges on this channels, etc.

  • Subjects: Cross Curricular, Design and Technology, Environmental Education, Informatics / ICT, Physics, Technology
  • Languages: EN - FR
  • Pupil's age: 12 - 13
  • Tools to be used: e-mail, Forum, MP3, Other software (Powerpoint, video, pictures and drawings), Video conference, Virtual learning environment (communities, virtual classes, ...)
  • Aims: To discover another counrty, another culture through a specific construction work. To share informations, pictures, landscapes.
  • Work process: Pupils will have to describe, to explain, to show, their channel, through mails, files, forums.
  • Expected results: Pupils will have to realize pictures, ppt, and a showing.
