Ancient Greek teacher with 19 years experience in Secondary schools. I am a member of SEEC (Sociedad Española de Estudios Clásicos) and I collaborate with CHIRON. I took part in CIRCE Classics and ICT resource course for Europe " 2008 edition. This is my fourth year on e-twinning . Je suis professeur du Grecque ancien au lycée avec une experience de 19 ans. Project ideas
The project I am thinking of is one where pupils would discover not only that there are many more out there of their same age learning ancient Greek and Latin but also the reasons for which our subjects have been in the educational programmes for a long time and those for which they should keep on being in the future...
The tittle could be something like "why Classics" or "What I learned from my Greek and Latin teacher".They could make a litlle research
looking for famous or successful people who did study Classics or they would just compare different systems in different countries.
As this is my first e-twinning project I am thinking of using the idea "WHO IS WHO" included in the module: "breaking the ice" of TOOLS which appears on the e-TWINNING main page for the first phase.
