I'd like to study the population in our city (Torrent) from a social and statistic point of view, as well as comparing it to another european city population. We can use IT resources and create a Twinspace or blog to follow-up the project. We can develop the project in English or in Spanish.

1) Develop a video with Google Earth, explaining the location of Torrent.
2) Prepare a presentation and make a video explaining the history and geography of Torrent. (Group)
3) Perform statistical graphics from data based in official statistic sites , like IVE or INE.
4) Analyze the data collected in the previous task and collect them in a written document (in a spreadsheet e.g.).
5) Preparation of a survey (preparation guided by the teacher) of consumer habits, leisure, food and study of adolescents in the city and nationalities.
6) Collection of data for the survey (individual) and grouping data in a single computer file (spreadsheet).
7) Analysis of data (graphical and statistical parameters).
