Mă numesc Ileana Bănică, locuiesc in Buzău-Romania,sunt casătorită, am un copil si o minune de nepot-Andrei. În urmă cu 33 ani am absolvit Liceul Pedagogic ,,Spiru C.Haret"-Buzău;am absolvit Facultatea de Sociologie Psihologie, specializarea Psihologie şi cursurile de Management educaţional şi comunicare instituţională (SNSPA); am gradul didactic I şi sunt profesor metodist, membru în consiliul consultativ al Inspectoratului Şcolar Judeţean. În permanenţă am fost preocupată de propria pregătire profesională, fapt concretizat în participarea la stagii de formare/perfecţionare locale, regionale, naţionale; am coordonat/participat la proiecte educative locale, regionale, naţionale, internaţionale; am pregătit şi am participat cu copiii la concursuri artistico-plastice şi de cultură generală pentru învăţământul preprimar obţinând numeroase premii; am publicat articole de specialitate in revista ,,Învăţământul preşcolar", ,,Scoala buzoiană" şi nu în ultimul rănd am cunostinţe decoperare pe calculator.
