The project aims at creating a virtual calendar containing information about their holidays (national, religious, local, etc) and the way they celebrate them. The information will be accompanied with pictures, descriptions, music, videos, PodCasts, etc.

Our students will be encouraged to find out the similarities and the differences between these traditions, understanding the culture of their partners. The students will be motivated to know more about their own culture and to discover other cultures. The students will be motivated to be more involved in the educational activities taking place in their schools. They will be more motivated to learn English and to use it for the final product of the project.
The final products of the project will be a magazine on paper containing the articles our students create. The students will also create a virtual calendar with celebrations in their countries (national, religious, local). The calendar will be accompanied with puictures, songs, PodCasts, videos, etc.
