Children will do a selection of activities in order to get acquainted with the new partner school. They will, for example, send cards and letters to introduce themselves; upload work onto a shared blog; research and share findings with partner school; learn fruit and vegetables in a foreign language; comment and give feedback on other children's work.

Calendar of Activities:
- Autumn Term: children send introductory letters and cards to each other up until Christmas; They are uploaded onto a specially created blog in January 2011. Only years 4 and 5 from St. Faith's participate in this first stage
- Spring Term: children share work done at school by uploading some examples on a shared web space. They comment on each other's work and give constructive feedback and suggestions. All children from St. Faith's will have the opportunity to participate in this stage (3-11 yrs old)
- Summer Term: children gather information about the different fruits and vegetables available in their own country in each season. They post the information on a shared web space for the link school to learn from. Each school then prepares a presentation (video, power point, etc) where they translate the fruit and vegetables into their own language and then comment on the similarities/differences found. They share healthy recipes using the mentioned fruit and vegetables. All children from St. Faith's will have the opportunity to participate in this stage (3-11 yrs old)
