During the development of this project, students and teachers will gather information about the traditional cooking, folk music, dance, costumes and customs of their country and they will discover those of their partners by exchanging information.
They will also practice their ICT skills, use foreign languages and research on their own historical and artistic heritage.
With this project, students will have a chance to look for, classify, talk about, share, write, compare and present information on their culture and that of their partners.

Teachers will plan to meet and decide about the type of research they want to carry out, the method and the tools that they will use. At this stage, the individual objectives of the project and the kind of evaluation process will be determined.
2. Pupils will learn about the aims and objectives of the project and are introduced to the ways they can do research as though to make all the activities interactive rather than parallel
3.The information gathered may be uploaded on a web page where the partner schools can see them and add comments and remarks. At this stage, mixed teams of pupils from each school did a critical review of the resources from partner schools.
Suggested topics could be:
• Special traditional habits and customs surrounding them ( on major feasts: wedding, christening, Christmas, Easter…)
• Traditional cooking (Changes in eating habits – historical perspective)
• Creation of the Multicultural calendar, a chance to discover the cultural peculiarities of other peoples
• Interviews with: older people about their customs’ memories; doctors about a healthful food, cooks in a restaurant with national specialities in the partner country ….

- make CDs with traditional folk music and dance
- a cultural exchange between the pupils of schools
