The goals of the project are learning foreign languages, using Mathematics as a universal language of communication, getting to know other cultures including increase of respect for the cultural differences and appreciation of our own culture. The project focuses on testing and using effective modern teaching methods adapted to students’ abilities and needs, which will increase students’ interest in learning both foreign languages and Mathematics.

Starting creating of English-French-Polish Maths dictionary on-line , with basic day life expressions
Starting edition of the brochure on the partner countries, the schools and the project and DVD entitled "France Poland SMILE project" with films and keynote presentation (slideshow)
* Exhibition of Maths origami made by students from Poland and France
* Workshops on origami for other schools, based on products of the project
* Preparing didactics materials: screenplays of the lessons, keynote presentations (slideshow), films in topics: virtual classes, computer programmes and on-line tools using in learning Maths and English , inter-active whiteboards in teaching, methods of evaluation in teaching
