Me inicio en esta experiencia con el objetivo de colaborar con los profesores ya inscritos de mi centro recientemente galardonados precisamente por su anterior proyecto etwining. En mi caso imparto matemáticas en la modalidad bilingüe Inglés.

I am a telecommunications engineer. After four years working in the private sector I started teaching in 1994. This is the third year I teach Technology in English in the bilingual program. I use CLIL methodology. I participated in June 2010 in the Space Camp in Huntsville, Alabama. I also cooperated in the etwinning program “ATOM A taste of maths” that received a European award. I think it is very important the cooperation between teachers and work in projects in different subjects in the high school and with other high schools. In our high school, I participate this academic year with other teachers in an etwinning project related with space (SOFT: Space Odyssey For Teenagers). We will use some school activities developed for NASA: http://search.nasa.gov/search/edFilterSearch.jsp?empty=true and related with our subjects to boost the student’s interest for space, math, science and technology. I'm very interested in teaching because I understand knowledge as a way to finish with injustice, poverty and as a method to establish inter-cultural bonds.
For me, an eTwinning project is a common place where pupils and teachers can develop their own ideas, search and share information to find what joins us.
