I teach English and I have four classes (age range 14-18). I'm also involved in video projects and my idea is to start an e-twinning project leading to the production of a video or short film and possibly a students exchange. I'm particularly interested in collaborating with schools in the UK and in Ireland, but also in other European countries. I can work in English and Italian, but the other languages studied in my school are French, German, Spanish, and now also a bit of Arabic and Chinese.

Me llamo Gladys Champi, enseño actualmente lengua española en el Instituto "Marco Polo" de Bari. Formo parte del tribunal de examinadores DELE del Instituto Cervantes. esta es mi primera experiencia con el proyecto etwinning, proyecto POF de mi Instituto. espero compartir ideas y experiencias con todos/as. mi proyecto es transversal con algunas materias de la clase, por lo tanto la hora y media de cada jueves de 12 a 13,30 p.m. en el laboratorio consistirá en una formación adecuada con la nueva tecnología teniendo como contenido la exploración del territorio español, su historia (profundizando la época romana) y sus respectivos restos arqueológicos así como la conservación de los mismos. también se tomarán en cuenta las costumbres, tradiciones, el patrimonio cultural de los pueblos de ese periodo. Obviamente se examinará en detalle el territorio con el cual se realizará el etwinning. por eso motivarlos con jóvenes españoles coetáneos es imprescindible para conocer a la gente del lugar de estudio y porque no, para crear nuevas amistades. Me gustaría tener dos o tres encuentros(abril-mayo) para empezar con esta nueva experiencia sin tener que agobiar a mis colegas profesores, espero que se pueda realizar. muchísimas gracias

our aim is to "dig" into students soul in order to discover the roots of origins. This discovery could help students to know themselves and their land of origins better so that they can have a role , and a role to be shared on an European level .

el proyecto tiene como objetivo conocer el entorno desde el punto de viata medioambiental y artìstico, con especial atenciòn en el caso de nuestro instituto a lugares que necesitan obras de recuperaciòn (iglesias rupestres, etc...). El grupo clase y el instituto se propondrìa en este caso

The aim of the project is to facilitate young people's mobility in Europe, both as regards work and education in order to: - raise students' awareness towards different cultures and customs within Europe - make the young people more tolerant of the differences and point out the similarities within different cultures - induce them to think and to analyse these similarities and differences - develop a broader, more open attitude overcoming prejudices and crossing race divide - thus we aim to broaden the young people's horizon and make them more tolerant of their fellow European citizens - encourage students to commit themselves to peaceful and willing acceptance of the others. The expected outcome of the project is to create a positive, cooperative attitude towards people with a different cultural heritage, i.e. immigrants, ethnic minorities and students in disadvantaged situations. And stress the point that we as citizens of Europe we are all alike and yet different.
