Plan – set out your project plan

Planning is very important for the smooth running of any computer-based international collaborative project. Pupils can be disappointed if they wait too long for answers or contributions from their partners.

Calendar 
To set deadlines within your project for activities, e.g., completing work, sending emails or documents, you can use the TwinSpace Calendar. Some partnerships also use it to mark school holidays or exams and also to highlight important days in the life of their school or country. There is also a text field where the event can be shortly explained. Some teachers encourage their pupils to put in their birthdays to make the TwinSpace friendlier.

Bulletin Board 
This tool is often used by teachers to announce important messages related to the organisation of the project. These messages are addressed to all TwinSpace members.
