Children will discuss roles of dogs in people lives, history of domestication of a dog. Students will learn how to look after dogs. The project will give them an overview of the responsibilities that go along with dog ownership. Students who have got a dog will take pictures and write stories about their pets.The students will also learn about dogs as extraordinary working animals and understand each individual’s responsibility to treat animals in a humane way. They will meet a vet, a worker of the local Center for animal care.After that they will organize action at school to help dogs in the center. They will learn songs and rhymes connecting to the topic.
