| Esther García-Ligero Ramírez My name is Esther García-Ligero, I´m from Spain. I teach Math and Statistic in IES Álvarez Cubero, a public secondary school in Priego de Córdoba. The pupils are from 12 to 18. I have been teaching since 1991. The school has about 800 pupils and we have 25 pupils, more or less, in every class. Now we are trying to improve our TIC situation, but I think that in very short time we will be ok. I´m interesting to do a Comenius project using Statistic and we can mix Economic, Sociology, Computer and, of course, English, Spanish and may be French too. I have though the project and I only need some foreign teacher to make the experience with me. |

I´m interesting to make a Comenius Project. I want my puplis to enjoy with Math, so I though to try to introduce them in another way to this subject. Now a days, The economic situation is too complicate, so I decided to study this situation in some contries of the European Union, and compare them, with the help of Statistic and in the project can work teachers of Math, Economic, Informatic, Sociology and Lenguajes. Un proyecto para tratar de acercar las matemáticas a los alumnos y que comprueben su utilidad en la vida real. Pensando en la situación económica actual, sería interesante hacer un estudio comparativo de varias ciudades de varios paises. Para ello necesitariamos la colaboración de los alumnos y de profesores de matemáticas, economía, sociología, informática y también de Inglés y puede que de Francés.Gracias a ello se podrán mejorar los resultados académicos del alumnado, potenciar las relaciones con otros paises, fomentar la interculturalidad y el uso de otras lenguas. El idioma a utilizar sería el español o inglés, podríamos plantearnos el francés. |
