I am an English teacher for about 8 years.As for my organisation, our organisation holds 24 public and private educational institutions which are in service in formal,special and adult education sectors. Our target groups are students aged between 6-18 and adults from all socio-economic backgrounds. We have migrants,orphans,Roman citizens,children from disadvantaged areas,children with special needs. The number of teenagers that we can easily keep in touch is 3053 and the number of primary school students are 5633.As we are the leading organisation,we can easily reach all of the students when needed. In our organisation, there are 20 officials still in service to keep up business in schools. They are highly motivated. In our directorate, there is a project coordination unit since January 201, in which 4 project experts (one of them is me) are currently working. We offer a wide variety of courses like Total Quality Management,Strategic Planning, Planned School Development, Creativity and Drama in Teaching, Web Based Teaching and Learning ICT, Seminar on Ethic Rules for Officials and Teachers and so on.
