Initally a 3 lesson project for Year 9’s (ages 13-14). Students to be given a contact email address for students from different schools, internationally. Students can continue contact after project, like a ‘pen-pal’ if they so wish. Students asked to gather as much information about their contacts schools, education system and impact of ICT (Information Communication Technology) as possible. Project has opportunity of being revisited later in the year, or even in later years. Contact schools can have other agenda, for example to fuel a different project of their own. Project could be expanded upon in future years to work through more lessons, and be a bigger united project. What is needed from the other schools?!
