At both the locations, since we have the same sort of pupils and possibilities, we would design something in wood (for example a birdcage or a chair) on paper (or better a computer); send the plans to eachother and try to make it. We than can monitor the differences in really producing it, how long it takes, how much it costs,... and compare it between the locations. Also we can have a sort of communication between the schools how we solve problems, both at the level of students as teachers!
