The World Kitchen 2010 is an eTwinning project bringing countries and cultures together through traditional foods. During the project pupils will be encouraged to think about and try traditional foods and recipes from their own countries. Once children have chosen their favourites recipes, they will then be written and published on the 'Welcome to the World Kitchen' blog. Particpating schools should then cook traditional foods from the participating countries by following some of the recipes. Children should then act as a food critic by giving a review of the dish they have tried. They will also peer assess the recipe itself for ease of you use, layout etc. The blog can be found at: http://welcometotheworldkitchen.blogspot.com
