the project focuses on London, its popular places and things worth seeing. Its aim is to make young learners familiar with this city, to help them recognize popular tourist attractions in the books, posters etc and learn the names in English.

Then they will... read moreChildren will be presented with a picture/ various pictures showing a place or known thing in London. Then they will learn from the teacher about the thing shown in a picture. Later they will receive colouring pages focusing on various characteristic things/places in London. During one lesson they will learn only about one thing. They will colour the picture (with a teacher's guidance about some obligatory colours). At the end of each lesson children will be asked to say what they remember.
At the end of the project they will take a short quizz related to the things they learnt about. hide
