Students will exchange information about their own culinary traditions. They will cook and taste foreign traditional recipes from their European partners. They will discuss about their own food habits and about foreign typical food.
They will translate the recipes and explain how to prepare/cook them. Final product: a "European cookbook" (published on the website of the schools) with the different recipes the students have proposed and tasted.

Creation of a website where students can send their materials and participate to a blog with other students.
2. Collection of recipes of favourite dishes, traditional meals and their historic backgrounds.
3. Practical tests (cooking the recipes), mailing the chosen recipes to the partner school.
4. National days take place at our schools where different foreign dishes are prepared and offered to pupils and teachers. Each school sends a report with photos and comments to the partner schools.
5. Schools choose the recipes they want to publish in the cookbook, write them down with their historical and regional background and mail them to the coordinating school together with appropriate drawings or photos.
6. The complete cookbook will be put on the website of the project and also on the website of the schools involved in the project, so that other schools can download and read it. hide
