The aim of the program is to inform the students about the voluntary social contribution and its role in society, to introduce to them the voluntary organizations that are active in their cities and to adopt a mentality that in adult life will help them be incorporated in the group of volunteers and especially that of the blood donors (“I learn and get prepared to act”).

1. To achieve the spread and multiplication of the ideals of the voluntary action – voluntary blood donating to pupils of other schools, parents’ councils and local authorities.
2. To let the pupils familiarize with team work and acquire respect toward different thoughts and opinions and .
3. To help pupils acquire critical thought and familiarize with scientific research and methodology.
4. To activate the parents and the local society in the school the school community in order to strengthen the cooperation between school-family, school-local society.

Our... read moreThe participation of the students to the programme is possible for both sexes which are represented in our institutions. Our wish is to be an equal percentage of participants from both sexes, at the level of the students but at that of the teachers as well.
The participation to the programme requires a certain preparation. We will inform our students in general about the countries of the participating partners, the daily life, various aspects and their history..
In general all students may participate in the programme. Our wish is that students with learning disabilities will also participate. Activities will be organised so that they will be able to participated easily.

• A tale that will be written and pictured in parts among the pupils of the participating schools and that at the end will be written in the languages that the students speak.
• A diary that will include posters or other creations of the children.
• An informative threefold about the voluntary blood donation, written and pictured by the pupils of the participating schools.
• Videotaping and photographing of the activities.
The evaluation of the participating students will be done by filling in questionnaires (part of the questionnaire will be done by students).
