Subjects: Art,Citizenship,Ethics,Foreign Languages,Music,Natural Sciences,Social Studies / Sociology Languages: - ES - EN - FR - My objective is to develop my Spanish 12-13 year old students’ basic competence in the field of linguistic communication: read and write in a genuine context, which I hope will turn into a motivating activity for students. The language to be used for the project should be English as they will be attending lessons in English in some areas of their curriculum (History, Art and Music)The subject shouldn’t be complicated as you can best express what you know: everyday life and that may include: me, my family, my friends, my school, my town. That would surely be enough for a full year’s work. Our partner(s) might do the same and each student might have a twin in a European country. Getting to know about others in Europe should help develop a European awareness in our young XXI century citizens. |

Sending postcards or photos to learn about Europe! It could be great to write and receive postcards from all around Europe, sticking them on a big map in the classroom. Pupils will have a better knowledge of the different countries and will see that ...
