I'm the leader of 4th grade activityschool at Løren in Oslo, Norway. I want to start a project for my children from august 2011 - june 2012. My idea is that my children learn english by writing e-mails and that they get to know and learn about other cultures. For the moment I have around 60 children in the age 9/10. Next year it will be around the same, though they start here at 8/9 years old. An activityschool is like an afterschool. They come here after they're finish in school, around 01.30pm. We do allot of different activities like arts and crafts, cooking, gleeclub, dramaclub, playing soccer, learing guitar and we also have allot of project (science, natur, history etc.). Learn about an other culture, their traditions and their way of living. At the same time we practice english, both writing and speaking.
