Schools have the energy to build a sustainable future

picture

A new project kit on intelligent energy education is now available for eTwinning.

Inspired by the pan European U4energy competition, www.u4energy.eu, a new eTwinning project kit has been developed to encourage schools to take a leading role in shaping a sustainable future.

The kit provides ideas and a set of resources to help teachers:
  • raise awareness on efficient energy use;
  • design and implement effective measures for reducing energy consumption;
  • share best practices on teaching energy at school; and,
  • create exciting communication campaigns.

To learn more about the kit, you can access it here: U4energy Kit

What is an eTwinning project kit? It is a step-by-step guide for a successful eTwinning project. Kits are designed for teachers looking for concrete ideas on how to implement a collaborative project. Each kit relates to a theme and provides information on the target group, objectives and pedagogical value of the activities. eTwinning Kits can be used as such or adapted as needed.
