What is it? It is a set of support material translated in all languages and a forum to post questions and requests for help. What is in there? Each section should help you to find your way whether you are looking for advice on how to find contacts, manage your Desktop, participate in Teachers’ Rooms and much more. You’ll be able to get direct help with the following questions:

If you would simply like to share your thoughts with other eTwinners, you can use the Helpdesk forum. Many eTwinners have already posted their messages and threads to find support and help each other! The helpdesk section is also available on the eTwinning portal for non-registered users to get a feel for the community before joining.
