Call to all filmmakers: Produce a collaborative video!

picture

Produce a video with your pupils and partners and enter it in the eTwinning video competition! The best five videos will be featured on the big screen at the eTwinning conference in 2010 and receive high-quality video cameras.

Launched during the eTwinning Weeks, we are pleased to announce that the deadline for the eTwinning video competition has been extended to 15 January.

Are you running an eTwinning Project? Are you eager to show how you and your pupils collaborate with your partners in another country? eTwinning invites you to produce a video clip (three minutes will be more than sufficient) featuring your students and partners. The best five contributions will be displayed on a big screen during the next eTwinning Conference, and will be rewarded with digital cameras.

The top five videos will have the chance to be shown in front of over 500 people at the eTwinning event taking place in Seville, Spain, on 5 February 2010. Furthermore, each partner from the top five winners will receive a high-quality digital video camera for their hard work. This prize is sponsored by the Belgian Dutch-speaking community’s National Support Service for eTwinning

How to submit?

It’s easy! Upload your video, either as a file or link to the new eTwinning Resource area in your Desktop. Label the video as 'eTwinning_video_comp_2009'.

Add the eTwinning Jingle to your video! To customise your video as a eTwinning video, be sure to insert the eTwinning Jingle at the beginning of your clip. The Jingle can be found in the new Resources area in your eTwinning Desktop by searching for ‘eTwinning_video_jingle'.

Get your cameras rolling!
