Schools across Europe came together on May 5th 2010 to celebrate eTwinning’s 5th birthday.

Happy birthday, eTwinning!

A special thank you goes out to all schools, teachers and pupils who took part in hundreds of activities taking place across Europe to commemorate the special 5th anniversary of eTwinning.


Have a look at the songs children sang, cakes classes baked and eco-friendly balloon releases organised by eTwinning schools. You can find each and every one in the RESOURCES area of the eTwinning Desktop with the tag ‘etwinning5’ as well as on the anniversary website.


If you did – or are planning to - organise something in your school, be sure to add your school to the anniversary map and upload your results in the RESOURCES area of the Desktop.
