It is a virtual meeting point for the exchange of information between schools, and it provides all the tools and services necessary for schools to find partners, resources, advice, help, and information, and even to build eTwinning projects in partnership with each other.

The eTwinning CSS portal is closely linked to the portals run at national level by the different National Support Service (NSS) offices.
