| Elżbieta Korzeniowska Maths as an incentive for youngsters to find a lot about foreign countries. The idea of our project is to share Maths crosswords which will include words describing a given country. Answers , for example surnames of famous and respected composers or writers, national holidays, historical events or traditional dishes, will become clues for students to find detailed information about the certain topic. If students get a surname of a famous composer as an answer to their crossword puzzle, they will have to do some research- read a biography, listen to music and then share what they know with one another. I have already made a detailed plan, but I’m still open to your suggestions how to modify the project. Let’s have fun exploring new countries via the Internet! |
