| Our school,Ali Kemal Aktürk Primary School is located in the center of Trabzon city in Turkey.It' next to Saint Sophia Museum ,a great historical and cultural value.Our school has an old origin about 1955.This school is at the seaside so we have the oppourtunity to have lessons with a wonderful sea view.It's a big school of the students aged from 5 to 14.This is a crowded school about 1200 students.We give education to the junior school students,students in the 1-8 th classes and we have special education needing students.Besides these some students needing special education are involved in normal classes.Through this technic we get great progress in their training.There are many social activities in our school and our students get many prizes in different fields like football, folk dances,chess,handball etc.And also social clubs make students more sociable,enterprising and responsible. And now we want to take part in a prject and we are looking for an international partner.Because we want to see our students in the international activities.They are learning English as a foreign language beginning from the 4 th class.And also we want to show the whole world how hospitable and friendly the Turkish people are.And the most important one we want to share our cultural beauties with other countries.Our students are so willing to take part in a project and they are looking forward to meet new friends,new cultures,new languages... |
