| Renata Zaczek My name is Renata. I teach English in a Primary school in Warsaw, Poland. My pupils are from 6 to 10. We would like to get to know new friends and share our daily life, customs and traditions e.g. about Christmas. .We're going to start a project connected with the 2012 UEFA European Football Championship that will be hosted by Poland and Ukraine. Being a host, we want to know more about countries taking part in this event and show them our country. We have sports classes - our pupils practice swimming and football. My pupils are planning to sent our Euro mascots with a presentation about our school, town and country and about the preparation for the Championship to schools from other countries participating in 2012 Euro Championship. We'd like our mascots to go around Europe and come back to Poland before the beginning of Championship.Would you like to join us? |

| My name is Renata. I teach English in a Primary school in Warsaw, Poland. My pupils are from 6 to 9. We are going to start the project work “History/culture told by legends”. As a school situated in the Old Town, we would like to share our fascination of this magical place and its legends. Being vital part of our urban folklore, legend’s heroes still live in the names of the streets, buildings, restaurants, monuments – we would like to trace their presence in our everyday life. We want to exchange the old city stories with other places from all over the world in order to promote our city and to get to know more about other countries and their culture. |
