We would like to join a project.The information about our school and country is given below.If you re interested in having a partner from Turkey please contact us My name is Arzu Our school is a state school in Adana which is the fourth biggest city in Turkey.It is , located in the Mediterranean where it is warm and sunny almost every season.There are lots of historical places to visit near Adana. Some examples are Cappadocia, famous for its “fairy chimney” rock formations, which are a natural wonder; Tarsus , the birth place of Saint Paul; and Antakya, home of the Church of Saint Peter, the world’s first Christian church. Adana has an international airport, so you can travel easily. The name of our school is Seyhan Sakarya Primary School. It is one of the oldest schools in Adana. It is rather big. There are 1,400 students aged between six and 14 and 56 teachers. Most of our teachers are young. All are energetic and qualified in their fields Our students are not economically well off. But all of us are involved in many activities. All team members strive for perfection. Our teachers and students work easily and successfully together in many kinds of activities throughout our city. Our students come from many different cultural backgrounds, yet they get on well together in our school. We have no experience with Comenius, but we want to be involved in a Comenius multilateral project. We can give you all the support you need, and we have a serious project team at our school. We are so eager to share our education system and culture with you! We know the application deadline. We await your prompt reply so things can be faster than ever. We are considering some projects that are related to the environment, science and pedagogy . |
