Students learn more about geometric shapes. The aim of the project is to link the shapes to our life. Students seek a variety of geometric shapes in the surrounding community. They photograph geometrical figures, compile vital tasks on their own, and give these tasks to their partner schools to solve. They use mathematical program GeoGebra. After some time, they also provide their own approach to the task. Students will be able to compare different solving methods and ideas. They get a better understanding of the importance of geometry. Project duration: 20.03.12 – 15.12.12 Project results will be available on our Twinspace. Everyone is welcome to join us
