We wish to be informed about the eating habits of different cultures. We intend to honor, in a period of easy and fast food, the Greek, Polish and any other cuisine, which loves the freshest ingredients, olive oil, herbs, vegetables, fish and clean flavors... By teaching our students what taste along with art mean, we can build a less violent society.
