- Calling in entery school the teams of 8 students – teachers’ assistances - Placing the map of Europe (prepared by pupils) on the note board (somewhere in the visible place at school) and systematic adding information about the route os Syrius’ travels On the map we place: a) Cities visited by Syrius (we label them) b) We point next parts of the route with arrows c) Flags of partner countries visited by Syrius (in the fixed order) The team of students representing the school chich was visited by Syrius, send to other countries the symbolic postcard with greetings. On the platform: a) Will be placed Syrius’ letter b) After reading this letter, the students’ teams with teachers in the right order, on every Monday prepare and place one part from the Syrius’ travel consisting of - task with the gap in HotPotatoes (Nature with Gepgraphy) in which there will be dates of geographical wideness and length of places and cities. We add some information to make the task easier, and the Sysius’ mean of transport as well. - The other countries of the project do tasks till Thursday (this is the deadline) c) On Friday appears the solution of the task and are added next exercises (Nature and geography) connected with the first etap of the Syrius’ travel: 1. The Mathematical task with the gap (JCloze) of making calculation of real distances on the map or on the scale. 2. The Mathematical task of multiple choice (JQuiz) touching speed, route and time. 3. Gap task (JCloze) of time. 4. Task (JMatch) with 3 pictures of interesting objects situated in the capital city of the partner country. This 4 tasks children do till Friday. - Teams also prepare PowerPoint presentation about their city and place them on the platform.
