STEP 1: Starting of a survey about the children’s alimentation habits: “snacks at school” – research, collection and reading of the data obtained, discussion about the results, referring to the rules of a correct alimentation, meeting with experts of nutrition, analysis of some messages conveyed by advertisements and of their influence on the children’s choices about food;
STEP 2: Historical-cultural research about food and nutrition: traditions, food and typical recipes of the past, discovery of some local traditional dishes, of typical products, of methods of production and of old jobs linked with alimentation; research of the “local food festivals” of the different countries;
