I teach romanian language and literature, french and universal literature. I have experience with pupils of different ages, includind adult students; also I am a facilitator for other younger teachers (of romanian and foreign languages). I have developed with my students various projects, including educational films, drama performances. I had initiated in my high-school a debate cercle, and I had participate at the national contest ``The Youngs are debating``. I am interested in developing the creativity of my students, and I participated at different courses, the last one - a Grundtvig grant - having as subject ``Personal Mastery and Collective Intelligence in Adult Education`` (at Limassol, in Cyprus). I am interested in any kind of projects wich could develop the creativity and the capacity of improve the communication skills of my pupils, their self-confidence and their european integration.
