Orasul nostru fiind situat pe tarmul minunat al Marii Negre, am initiat un concurs international de creatii literare-RO,Fr si EN-creatii plastice si fotografie, aflat déjà la a V-a editie, intitulat” Copiii si marea”, jurizarea lucrarilor avand loc in fiecare an pe 31 octombrie, Ziua Internationala a Marii Negre. Asadar va invit sa participati cu lucrari prin intermediul carora copiii sa redea atat frumusetile marii -oricare ar fi aceasta- cat si avertismente asupra pericolului pe care il reprezinta poluarea mediului marin.
