We are especially interested in the chemistry of food and nutrition eg additives and other chemical substances in our food and food processing. Tools which could be used in the project could be eg online experimenting with the use of eg Flashmeeting. bloggs and podacasting for exchanging of ideas and commenting on each others´research and results, as well as email, chatting and magazine factory etc |

I must have known in early years that I wanted to work in the field of education. I love my own subjects, math and chemistry, especially math. This is my fifth year teaching and I've teached both in highschool and our gymnasium (16-19 yrs, preparing for university). At the moment I'm planning a project in geometrics for 7th graders (13 yrs). It is still in progress, but something that involves everyday life. |
