Hello, Dear teachers! I'm Diogo Castro, I am from Portugal and I am currently in Germany to participate in the comenius program. I would like to develop a Twinning project at my school until the end of the school year, end of June. My idea would be to make a video of a game that takes place tin the class sports and very popular in that country. The idea would be to get videos from various countries to develop after school, along with students, a multicultural activity where the studentscan experience games coming from other cultures and also to escape the routine of some games that they already know . So this project is to be developed in the lessons of sport and is aimed at students between 10 and 15 years old. Mein Name ist Karen Koll und ich arbeite an der Europaschule Adolph Diesterweg in Stralsund. Ich arbeite seit 1990 fast durchgehend an dieser Schule und unterrichte die Fächer Sport und Geschichte. Von 2005 bis 2010 lebte ich 5 spannende Jahre in Kairo und unterrichtete dort an der Evangelischen Oberschule. Gemeinsam mit meiner Kollegin Frau Ines Kuhnert bin ich nun für die Europaarbeit zuständig. Unsere Schule sucht momentan Schulen, um mit diesen eine intensive Schulpartnerschaft aufzubauen, d.h. gemeinsame Projekte zu gestalten, Schüleraustausche durchzuführen, um so neue Horizonte für unsere Schüler zu öffnen. Unsere Schule ist eine Regionale Schule mit knapp 400 Schülern und ca. 30 Kollegen. Im September wollen wir wieder ein internationales Jugendcamp an der Ostsee auf der Insel Rügen durchführen. Wir organisieren das Camp bereits seit 7 Jahren mit wechselnden Teilnehmern. Wir übernehmen die Organisation (einzelne Tagesprojekte und Ausflüge auch an unsere Schule nach Stralsund). Die Jugendlichen sollten sich im Vorfeld bereits kennengelernt haben. Wir denken hierbei an die Altersgruppe 14-16 Jahre. Das Camp findet in der letzten Septemberwoche (23.bis 28.9.) auf der Insel Rügen statt. Als Projektthema haben wir an „Wasser“ gedacht, das lässt sich in alle Fächer integrieren und ist vielseitig. Auch für unsere jüngeren Schüler wollen wir eTwinning wieder aktualisieren.
