Hello I'm a second year studentteacher at UC South Denmark. I mainly teach English, geography and history. When I graduate that is :) Im looking for E-twinning partners to participate in projects during december 2012 and january 2013 as part of my teaching practice. For the first project, I intend to use M-learning and E-learning as a fundamental basis of teaching, and the methodology will be student oriented autonomy. If you have something similar going on with your pupils, I was thinking along the lines of sharing video logs, and presentations on video to share with eachother, and getting a better understanding of customs and cultures in other countries within Europe

My name is Ditte and I am studying to become a teacher in Denmark - I study English this year. For november 2012 I Will teach a 5th grade (11 years old) and I would love to spend 2 hours Evers week writing emails/letters with an English speaking class from an English speaking country. I Think it would be perfect to share knowledge about how we celebrate Christmas and NewYears eve - but also how we go to School. We could send pictures of eachother and of the School! I'm thinking maybe 3 weeks before Christmas would be okay (a total of 6 lessons of 60 min. Each)!

Hello, I am a student teacher from Denmark. I would like to create a project where the students introduce themselves and share their hobbies/interests, hopes and dreams.

I am a 29 year old male student teacher from Esbjerg, where I live and study. During my teaching practice this year (weeks 49-51 & 1-3), my group and I are going to make an eTwinning project in a 3rd grade. Our pupils are around the age of 8 and 9 years old and from the class 3C at Fourfeldt Skolen in Esbjerg, Denmark. We would like to start a project, where the pupils get to correspond with other pupils from another country. Both to raise their confidence levels when speaking and writing English, along with building a vocabulary, but also to develope their intercultural competencies. Making them aware of other countries and their cultures is one of our key points. We are working together with the normal teacher of the class, mr. Jan Thorsøe, who will be overlooking the project as well as aiding. We do have some ideas for activities during the project, which we assume will take 3 weeks to begin with. We are also really looking forward to sharing ideas about this kind of project. Regards -Jesper Thoning
