Hi dear friends, I want to tell you the details of etwinning project. Our schools name is Private Gokyuzu Primary School. www.gokyuzu.com.tr our schools web page. I will work with some of my 6th-7th classes students. The Project idea belongs to me. I have a wonderful school building, and i live in a wonderful city.Istanbul. Istanbul is the culture capital in Europe 2010. http://www.istanbul2010.org/index.htm you can learn everything from this web page. My etwinning project name is: 2010 European Capital of Culture: Istanbul, Pecs,Essen I am a computer teacher and 1 hour in a week i work with the students. They are learning Windows Vista, Word, Excel,Powerpoint,Publisher,Web Page designing,Internet etc… So i decided to make a project. As you know, In 2010 European Capital of Culture: Istanbul, Pecs,Essen (3 cities ) Istanbul is Me. And I found a partner school from Pecs and I am looking for a partner from Essen. And also the other countries can work together wit us. This Project is a change fort he other partners, because by this way, they can learn everything about Turkey, Hungary,Germany. And also we can learn something about them.

The meaning of the words in English. Ppt show, video,voice record,video conference 9) Partners will send gifts to each other. That gifts will be about the popular places pictures, traditional clothes, traditional foods, flag, music CD’s etc… 10) When Partners will take their gifts by cargo, they will prepare a “Turkish Corner” or “Hungary Corner” etc… in their schools. Then they will take the pictures of the corners, will send eachother. 11) If the partners can find a sponsor to eachother they will visit their school and cities for 1 week with students or without students. 12) If partners can have a change, they will put a news about this Project on a newspaper, magazine etc.. 13) If the partners finish succesfully this Project. Project coordinator teachers will offer their headmaster’s for to be sister schools with eachother. By this way every year we can make visit eachother, we can organise 1 day in Turkish School “Hungarian Day” and “Hungarian School can make the same day in their school as a “Turkish Day” the other partners also can do this. In that day, the school teachers, students cn listen Turkish/Hungary /German music. Can eat their traditional foods. Some students can wear traditional clothes etc… skjul

Maybe we can see the same points or differents between our lifes, cities. To learn work together. It is a very good change for both of the cities to work on this Project in 2010.
